In partnership with Monash University, the Centre of Research Excellence in Food Retail Environments for Health (RE-FRESH), has developed the short online course, Transforming Retail Food Environments to be Health-Enabling.
Run by Monash University, and led by A/Prof. Julie Brimblecombe, the course is taught by content experts from RE-FRESH, and collaborators, with an international focus. In this course, you’ll discover the power of marketing and retail merchandising in food environments, and gain the skills and knowledge to facilitate retail practices and policies for public health.
Date: 26 July – 1 October
Duration: 9 weeks (12 weeks with assessment)
Cost: $1800 with microcredential; $1300 without microcredential
