Retailers want better access to products that comply with the Victorian Government Healthy Choices Guidelines. Suppliers benefit from seeing the demand for healthier products. We want to build a platform to connect retailers with a range of healthier products available to them. This Google Sheet is a crowd-sourced start towards building that platform. Users can add product and supplier details so that retailers can search and browse for products. The more products that are added, the more useful it will become. We will do our best to clean and maintain this Google Sheet, but the accuracy of its contents has not been verified. You can check product classifications in FoodChecker, or use the FoodChecker ‘Assess New Product’ tab if you can’t find it in the database search.
This database is hosted by Deakin University as part of the Promoting CHANGE initiative and RE-FRESH: Next Generation. Deakin University and the authors exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided. Users should make their own assessment of the information presented and seek further guidance as required before making any business or procurement decisions.
