Career learnings focus on ‘unusual suspects’
RE-FRESH Director Prof. Anna Peeters has been invited to present the oration at the Public Health Association of Australia’s annual ‘Preventive Health Conference 2022’ – kicking off on Wednesday, May 11.
The hybrid online/Brisbane conference’s theme is “Accelerating Action”, and Prof Peeters will pick up on this theme, sharing her experiences on how “the unusual suspects” must be engaged through a systems approach to get on the fast track to action and meaningful change.
She will showcase this through sharing the ‘story’ of RE-FRESH – demonstrating how recognising food retailers as the all-important ‘link’ between what is manufactured and what is consumed is the essential place to focus work to changing the diet of Australians (as this slide shows)
