We are exploring ways that diverse businesses can learn from successful outcomes and the conditions that enabled them. What are the best ways of developing intervention ideas, evaluating health and economic outcomes of relevance to both retailers and public health, and monitoring retail trends over time? RE-FRESH aims to provide a comprehensive source of evidence and best practice methods for addressing these questions, ultimately demonstrating that healthier changes to food environments can be both feasible and profitable for retailers.
